Registration for the 4th International Children’s Choir Festival Dresden 2012

Please complete the registration form accurately and precisely.

The completed registration is not a binding confirmation of the participation for the International Children’s Choir Festival 2012.
After examination a written confirmation will be send out by the organizer.

5. GENERAL
  1. I.Insurance statements:
    • We confirm that each of the choir members are covered through an active health insurance
    • The festival organizers reserve the right to decide whether a choir member will perform at a concert in cases of medical conflicts.
  2. II.For transportation reasons the number of all choir members as well as accompanying people cannot exceed the number of 49 attendees in total during the Festival
  3. III.This application is not a CONFIRMATION for the final participation in the International Children’s Choir Festival 2012. Furthermore, this application will be seen through and looked at by the organizers of the festivals to decide whether this choir fits into the character of the Festival.
